What Causes A Painful Rash On The Left Buttock Cheek?
I have a rash from the top of my butt crack down on my left butt cheek. It is kind of like a welt and is very painful in a few spots. I also have a swollen hemorrhoid I am in the process of dealing with. I would like to know what the rash maybe so I can treat it?

Consult a surgeon. It may be a pilo needle sinus or fistula in ano. If the condition is so , you may need a surgery .
