What Causes A Painful Swelling On The Left Ankle?
Hi, I have painful swelling on my left ankle, below the bone, have slender feet normally so very noticeable. Socks leave an indent. Have recently been having chest tightening that has been diagnosed as anxiety related. 1 year ago was seen by cardiologist for irregular heart beat. Suggestions?

Most probably it will be a contusion or a sprain.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
