What Causes A Painless Lump In Collar Bone?

I have a lump towards the outer edge of my left collar bone. It is firm and about the size of a marble. If I press it it disappears briefly but pops up again with movement of my shoulder. It s not painful, but I am aware of it (a bit like a pulled muscle) and my arm and hand feel a little weaker than usual when lifting etc. I d be grateful for any advice. Thanks.
