What Causes A Painless Lump In Groin Area?

I have a werid lump on my leg close to my groin but not actually on it. There is only one and it s not like crusty or anything and I don t have the symptoms of any kind of dieses I feel perfectly fine. It doesn t hurt as a matter of fact it more just bugs me that it s there.

The lump may be a lymph node or related to inflammation/infection of a hair follicle in the area.

There are other causes of lumps as well such as a lipoma or fibroadenoma. These are non cancerous.

The only way of determining what it is would be to visit your doctor for an assessment.
