What Causes A Patch Of Dry Scaly Skin On Eye Lid With Swelling?
My teenage daughter has an isolated dry, scaly area to her left eyelid for over a week now that doesn t seem to be resolving. There is swelling noted to the eyelid also. She says it s not really dry, painful, or itching and denies any drainage. She is currently also on ABTx for a resp infection.

it can be allergic inflammation. look for dandruff. in scalp or eye brow. if present it can be treated with nizral shampoo. it maybere lated to respiratory infection or sensitivity to drugs. can consult dermatologist for examination and advise
