What Causes A Persistent, Mild Abdominal Pain And Tightness In Chest?
If you had pain in your abdomen near your liver, that wasn t a stabbing pain but always hurt in a minor way for about five days and you felt a tightness at different times on one side of the abdomen and across the the lower chest, could that be something serious that i should see a doctor soon, or should I see if it goes away with rest?

Right side abdominal pain liver area usually by gall balder disease like a gall stone, Cholecystitis some time pancreatic pain
Better go for US abdomen and investigation
