What Causes A Pinching Sensation When Having High Body Temperature?

Hi, im a male 20 years old, its several months that when its hot or when i feel uncomfortable and my body s temperature rises i feel like this pinching sensation, like if somebody was poking me with needles in my upper body, like my arms, my back ,neck and chest, if i sweat a lot then the pain almost goes away but its a long time that i have it and it makes me uncomfortable and it prevents me from doing lots of things in my every day life.

Hi

Check electrolyte levels, serum calcium, mg, pot, sodium most imp vitamin 12 and folic acid too and CBC and PBF too. As there are many causes of these symptoms needs evaluation plus you can consult neurologist too.
