Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

This sounds to be a weakness of the deltoid muscle. I will advise strengthening the muscles of the shoulder girdle and upper back muscles. This will help reduce the clicking sound.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
