Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Pain may be due to impingement syndrome.
You need proper clinical examination by orthopedician.
Firstly X-ray of shoulder joint in AP view should be taken.
There may be trapping of nerve during movement which is causing pain.
MRI is the investigation of choice to assess nerve status so MRI shoulder should be done.
Mostly it is managed conservatively and analgesics are prescribed.Local steriod can be injected if necessary.
Physiotherapy is also very helpful.
Surgery is needed in some cases.
Get well soon.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
