Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to any inflamed blood vessel or may be early sign of vasculitis. Rarely lead exposure may cause such lines but is very rare. If it is painless, you can wait for few days to assess whether it increases in size or intensity it may need to be reviewed by a dermatologist but it may resolve spontaneously in which case no further work up may be needed.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
