What Causes A Pulling Sensation From The Left Ear To The Shoulder?
I have developed over the past few months a sort of pulling sensation from the area of my left ear down to the top of my left shoulder. This sensation is accompanied by a tingling sensation. This occurs 5 to 6 times a day and does affect me in any other way (no vision problems, etc.) and is totally absent at other times. It also occurs when I put my left arm in some positions. I am on hypertension meds and that is under control. I am 5,10 & 190# & age 80. Thank you. Ted (email: YYYY@YYYY )
The pulled sensation you are feeling on your left ear down to shoulder could be due to: • Bad positioning of the left arm • Electrolytes imbalance. You are on hypertension medicines possibly diuretic might be one of them the use of which is associated with loss of fluids and electrolytes
I advise you to: • About bad positioning of the arm • Check your blood electrolytes • Run x-ray of the shoulder joint and cervical spine • Apply heating pad locally • Massaging with essential oils can help
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Albana Sejdini
