What Causes A Pus Filled Bump On The Back?
Hi, Iam having pain between my hips, just to the side where spinal cord ends from past 6 months. It diminishes but appears again when I sit in a relaxed posture or when I travel for long. There is a slight bulging, like a boil above which I can observe a Blotch. Yesterday I observed Pus from the Blotch on pushing the bulging spot.

Yours symptoms could be related to a coccigeal abscess which is a chronic infection in this region.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with a surgeon for a physical exam. Surgical resection is necessary with pus evacuation , coupled with antibiotic therapy.
