Hi there, I have one oval shape sore on my penis glans. Its small in size 2-3mm and not elevated. It has no discharge or fluids. It appeard after friction and became painful, as if it torned. It s 6 months now and at times its fully healed and not painful but when not using lubricant it torns again and becomes paiful again. What can it be and how do I get rid of it?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, what the history and symptoms are given here it could be due to skin disorders it may be some fungal infection, it may be warts and others what ever it may be it demands the attention, I would suggest to use the Miconazole with Beclomethasone cream, if this fails to response then better to see the dermatologist, because skin lesion always needs clinical observation for correct diagnosis hope this information helps.
