What Causes A Raised Dark Patch Under The Skin Of The Arms And Inner Fore Arm?

I have a dark patch under my skin on my arm with some raised bumps. I thought it was ring worm, but looks nothing like it from pictures online. It looks like a bruise under the skin. And I have another on my inner forearm that looks like a broken up puffy ring with a darkening in the middle under the skin

It may be a fungal infection like Tinea corporis or bacterial infection like erythrasma. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. After thorough examination and investigations, he may give proper treatment. Avoid soap bath. Keep the area dry.
