What Causes A Rash Around The Groin Area After Taking Truvada?
Just started taking Truvada and Isentress for prophylaxis as I had needlestick injury two days ago. Now, I have rash in my left part of my abdomen and left side groin area and sometimes I had bouts of going to the bathroom to urinate but I would only void a little, and at times, I feel like under the weather after I take a dose of the medications. I m afraid that I might have got infected from the needlestic injury which is making me more worried.

It may not be related to Truvada. It may be a fungal infection. As the first line of management, you can apply Clotrimazole ointment. If symptoms persist, better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
