What Causes A Rash In Vaginal Area In A Child?
My daughter is five years old, she has had a rash in her vaginal area. Our doctor gave us Butt Paste to treat the area, however now she has small round ,almost pimple like spots around the vaginal area as well as her bottom and upper inner thighs. Could this be impetigo? And she has a fever today.

This is usually due to acidic stool or maybe because of urinary infection. It would have been better if I could have photos of the same so that it can be treated effectively.
