What Causes A Rash On The Cheek Of A Child?
My granddaughter has had a bumpy, fine rash on her arms for several days to a week. Recently the rash appeared on her cheeks and has turned red. It appears nowhere else on her body. School nurse said it could be scabies. There is no scaling or discharge. Very puzzling! Do you have any suggestions?

Rash in rabies are itchy and generalised usually
It doesn't look like scabies
It can be dermatitis or viral rash
Post photo of lesion for giving more comment
Levocetrizine 5 mg OD can be prescribed
