What Causes A Rash On The Chest And Pain In The Bones?

I have a friend who has ben to multiple doctors and ER s and they can t seem to find anything wrong....he is 75 years old....has a rash on his chest, all his bones hurt constantly, stomach is constantly hurting, poor appatite and is weak....please help with some suggestions

Definitely go for a CT scan of chest, abdomen and pelvis to rule out possible malignancy, which is quite common at this age. Therefore, your friend needs a proper checkup.
