What Causes A Rash On The Chest?
My son, who is nine years old, developed a rash on his chest down to his groin and around the right side of his chest and a few spots on his behind. They are raised and red, but do not itch. He had not been outside or excerpting himself or been around anything like poison ivy.

I suggest using Calamine lotion for local application.
I also suggest using antihistamines such as Loratadine 10 mg daily for a week.
