What Causes A Rash On The Palm And White Spots On The Knuckles?
There is a rash in the palm of my hand and I noticed little patchy spots like around the knuckles and joints I m 68 years old I m a male. It appears as though the spots which kind of appeared like maybe measles or something of that nature. I do drink an excessive amount of soda do you think that is what s causing it?

As per your history is concerned first ruled out contact dermatitis which is very common in these areas.
You can try these medications-
1)Temovate 0.05% cream
2) Vistaril 25 mg two times a day
3)Topical soaks with cool tap water, Burow solution 1:40 dilution
first try these for 10 days then other medications will be added.
