Warm welcome to Health care magic family .
I have evaluated your concern in depth .

@ Most likely Balanitis from some fungal infection .

@ My suggestions

- Keep genital clean with antiseptic liquid .
- Miconazole ( 1% ) cream for local application 3 times a day .
- Benadryl tablet morning and evening after meals for itching .
- Wear loose , clean , cotton inner wears .
- Avoid any sexual activities at present .
- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids .

- If there is persistent amount of discomfort after this , then discuss
with your doctor else can wait till next appointment .
