I have developed a rash ( or something), about a month ago, Spots came and went. Now the spots have stayed for about a week. I have the same symptoms as shingles, however, it;s only located on my right and left shoulders and forearms and upper chest. Could this be shingles

So better to consult dermatologist and get done clinical examination of skin lesionsYou will need anti viral tablets and steroid cream for local application. If itching is there then antihistamine like levocetrizine or fexofenadine is also beneficial. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
