What Causes A Rash Under The Arms While On Topamax?
I take Topamax as a mood stabilizer. I have increased the dosage from 200mg to300mg about 4 days ago. I have developed a rash under my arms, down my left side, across my bra line and where my underwear touch my waist and my legs. It looks like a contact dermatitis to me, but could it be an allergic reaction to the topomax?

Topomax very rarely produces allergic reactions. But not as you said rashes. If you are feeling drug allergy take tab. Citricin 5mg 1 hs and see. Maybe that is some fungal or contact dermatitis. Try Candid B cream for external use.
