What Causes A Rectovaginal Fistula After Delivery?
Hello doctor, I had normal delivery with episiotomy 3 months back and developed ano vaginal fistulas in my lower anal area. I am passing stool from vagina after passing my bowels. Please suggest me best way to recover from this..Also let me know what all to be avoided to prevent it from getting worse. It s just been a year for our marriage and this is upsetting me too much.please help..
