What Causes A Red Bump On The Forearm?
My husband came home from working outside and has to by red bump, burning, and itching on his fore arms. He obviously came into contact with something. We tried Benadryl cream and pills, but no relief. He has showered, even tried the pool. He says it s more burn than itch....like needles.

As per your history, it may be due to dermatitis
For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally. Take tablet loratidine for itching
Along with that avoid allergens. Maintain proper hygiene. You can do icing
Avoid harsh cosmetic products
