General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I believe it is an allergic reaction to a substance or food.

You firstly may get tested by prick test to check the substance which is causing the rash. Then you should stop being exposed to it.

Taking antihistamines and prednisone is the right treatment to make a rash stop.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
