What Causes A Red Painful Bump On The Finger?
All of a sudden my finger at the top on both sides of the nail began getting very red and hurting ,as well as under the cuticle. It hurt so badly I couldn t even touch it. Then it started swelling a lot and became white like it wanted to pop and I did and looked like pus came out. Can u help me? Sunni H

Your symptoms seem to be related to paronychia which is an infection of the cuticle.
I recommend soaking the infected area in warm water once or twice a day for 20 minutes.
Use a topical antibiotic cream on the infected hangnail for a few days.
