General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Rash between penis head and shaft must be due to reaction from the acne cream as the incidence has started only after that. If that was not the issue, possible sexually transmitted infection must be ruled out as herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhea or else. Immediately consult your family physician and get further guidelines to get cured at earliest.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
