What Causes A Red Sore With Blast Spot At The Center?
I was under the impression that it had closed up ten years ago when I removed it; however, something made me check it today out of curiosity, I suppose. Stinky, rancid white puss oozed out almost solid, yet malleable and intact. Once removed, there is a blood red sore with some sort of blast spot in the center. I cleaned it with peroxide and anti bacterial soap. What next? Anti biotics?

Where exactly is the sore .please spificy location and also are.you using any medications or have diabetes or hypertension?
