used a condom 4 extended use, 1/2 way took off condom, some lube made contack with penus put new condom on more extended play. when i took it off i had a friction burn on edge of the tip, round, red & kinda of a sm blister formed. i could c another layer trying to form over it

Few tests can be done to rule out any disease like RPR, IGM HSV, hepatitis B, and if there is risky relationship then HIV too. Otherwise, it can be trauma need to apply Mupirocin or bacitracin or wash with Povidone iodine only.
