What Causes A Reddish Bump On Genitals Causing Itching Sensation?

I have a bump on my genitals and then after a day or two I got like a reddish line but then turned into swollen red line going somewhat toward the whitish bump. The bump did start small and I have been compressing & got larger feels like something is inside the bump once some puss came out. I have some itch and constantly washing I m so confused what this is!! So worried I have some thing like hpv, genital warts ! Please help!

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Following are the cause of bumps on genitals: Bacterial infection, STDs,
infected Bartholin's cyst
Exact diagnosis is made by examination and after proper investigations like Pelvic examination, Gram stain, cell culture, PCR and nucleic acid amplification test
Following are the advice:
warm pad compression, Use neosporin and cotrimazole ointment; Wear loose pure cotton underwear, Wash genital with warm and salt water, Reduce the amount of sugar you eat.
