Hello and welcome to HCM,
Any abnormality in vision needs a prompt clinical assessment.
Is the visual abnormality associated with pain or is it painless?
There are different reasons for different visual disturbances.
Blurring or rippling vision is common in refractive errors commonly known as far or near sightedness.
Undiagnosed diabetes mellitus or hypertension can also cause blurring of vision (in case you are elderly).
Thus, I suggest you to consult an eye specialist for clinical assessment and thus further management.

Thanks and take care
