What Causes A Round Protrusion From The Vagina?

I am a 61 year old female in very good health but over the last few weeks I have noticed asort of round shape protruding out of my vagina area. It is in no way painful but sometimes it extends lower than other times I can touch it and sort of try to push it back into yhe area it apparently came from and once again it is not in the slightest way painful or even uncomfortable. aaaaaaaawhat could this be and should I be very concerned about it . Please give me an answer

Hi thanks for posting on hcm.
In your age group who attained menopause uterine prolapse is tha most common where uterus because of the loosening of the supporting structures moves down and comes out through vagina which is called third degree prolapse. There are some other conditions like vaginal polyp or cervical polyp which also present in the above mentioned way these are the rounded growths in the vagina and cervix which are benign growths.
I suspect you to be most likely having any of these I recommend you to consult a doctor and get examined.
