What Causes A Round Protrusion From Vagina?

Can it be that my uterus is coming out my vagina? Something round is coming out my vagina, I can push it back in and it stays for a while. I noticed when I have to urinate that it sometimes takes a while to proceed or it comes really slow, because that round something is in the way. I am waiting to get health insurance in November. I am 58 years old.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
By going through your description, it appears that you might be having uterine prolapse. It is quite common in age group around 60 years and above.
You need to get per speculum examination done by a Gynecologist. If necessary, you may need ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis.
Based on the clinical findings, your case needs to be managed. You might require an operation to be done to correct it.
