What Causes A Seizure Followed By Cardiac Arrest?
my friend took a nap for about 5 hours or so after working 4am to noon. and when he woke up he had a seizure. then a little later he had another one then went into cardiac arrest and now is in a induced coma. what do you think could of caused this. he is a healthy 22 year old

Take him to the emergency department and get evaluated. An MRI scan is retro rule out central causes.
