As per your query, you have symptoms of the sensation of movement in stomach, constant hunger and bloating which seems to be due to overgrowth of bacteria in the small bowel, giardiasis and electrolyte imbalance.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you avoid food like dairy products, drink warm water. You should do light exercises and eat light and non-spicy food. If the condition doesn't get well then consult a gastroenterologist for proper examination. The doctor may prescribe H2 blockers, proton pump inhibitor along with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
