I see a correlation between having what feels like vaginal discharge with nothing there (usually when I'm sitting). If I've just emptied my bowel, i notice the same thing or if my bowel is ready to be emptied and I'm sitting and I cough, I feel some vaginal discharge sensation with nothing there. After defecation, I have very little if none at all vaginal discharge sensation. My gyno cleared me for any fistula (tied to my rectum) upon physical exam she said I was okay. what kind of doc should I be seeing. My primary care also found some yeast in my urine and put me on a vaginal cream. I am post menopausal and complete hysterectomy 7 years ago.
