What Causes A Shaking And Trembling Feeling In Knees?

Hi! I have been shaky and trembling inside my self. I am not cold or shivering. I have been trying to avoid caffine drinks after 3:30pm, so I could sleep at night. MY schedule has been off, and am under some stress, but I don t think this would cause this. I am worried about this trembling and don t know what is causing it. I check my blood pressure and though it s somewhat high to a little high, I m not sure if this is the cause. Any suggestions? It makes my legs and knees week. I have had this when I wake up in the morning and throughout day, for about a week now.

Trambling knee this is may be because of anxiety problem.

Alcohol abuser has also problem of trembling of knee or other part.
Stroke may cause this problem.

Overactive thyroid may cause trambling .So do thyroid functinon test.

Multiple sclerosis can cause trambling feeling.
