What Causes A Sharp Pain In The Chest And Neck With Blurred Vision?

I m 43 and in the past month I have been experiencing like if someone is rocking me or the bed is trembling when I asked my spouse and daughters if they feel it they look at me like I m loosing my mind, also I have been experiencing needless like pain in the left side of my chest. Been getting a whole lot of bruises. And a sharp pain in the back of my neck that my vision get so blurred and I feel like I m going to passed out. I do have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, migraine which I take medication on a daily basis.

Hi,

Lab examination includes [if already done no need to repeat]:

- CBC, ESR, CRP, lipid profile, thyroxine, TSH levels, LFT, RFT, ECG, visual field examination/opthalmoscopy, CGRP

- CT (brain) can rule out any serious complication

- As you may be already on medicines extra things you can do:
1. Dietary changes [fruits, salads, vegetables include]
2. Avoid non-veg, alcohol, smoking, caffeine, canned foods, sulfite preservatives
3. Join online yoga/breath workshop helps natural pain relief and fastened recovery
4. Prevent lack of sleep, fatigue, stress, certain food, vasodilators
5. Low sodium diet, treatment of high lipid and BP periodically
6. Control and prevent diabetes and weight reduction [use brown sugar or jaggery]
