What Causes A Sharp Pain In The Chest Radiating To Collar Bone?

I woke up in the night with a sharp stabbing like pain on the left side of chest 3-4 inch above nipple. Every medium to deep breath I took caused pain right under my rib bones. Thought I was having a heart attack. The pain did decrease when I layed on my right side. but then would start back up. through the next 24 hours the pain traveled to my colar bone (left side under the bone) felt like a bubble of pain that I couldn't pop. Another 24 hours the pain traveled up my colar bone to the top. Im a 32 year old male with no prior medical conditions. Any thoughts?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Cervical Rib Syndrome/ Pectoralis Minor Syndrome with TOS(Thorasic Outlet Syndrome)./ Or could be Silent Angina with Diabetes, which needs to be ruled out by detailed physical examination with investigations from Specialist Physician, who would treat it accordingly.
Hope this would resolve your health in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
