Hello. I have constant sharp pain in the the left side of my head and it feels as if there s something moving inside of my head and I ve been having headaches quite frequently everyday but today in particular these sharp pains on the left side of my head and the movement have been going on for about 10 minutes now and I want to know what could it possibly be

There are many reasons for this type of headache. It could be your lifestyle for example drinking alcohol, lack of sleep, stress or something more serious like stroke, arteritis, tumors, high blood pressure etc. I think you should do CT scan or MRI and take an appointment with neurologist.
