What Causes A Sharp Pain In The Testicle?

i had random pain in a testicle a couple years ago. when i saw a doctor about it they said there was extra fluid. the pain went away and i never followed up. the pain has now come back. it happens a couple times a day, its kind of like a sharp pain like one of the testicles is being squished

In your case the cause appears to be -Chronic Orchitis? may be due to TB ? or Chlamydial infections-? or Gonorrhoea etc.
Treatment would depend on the fixation of the cause in your case.
