About a month ago me and my girlfriend were "fooling around" and during intercourse i felt a sharp pinching pain. afterwards there was a lot of blood and while showering that night i noticed that my foreskin wasn't attached in quite the same way it always had been. My father was an EMT so i asked him what i should do, and he told me to wait 2 weeks and that i would be fine, and he was right but a few days ago it happened again. I'm worried about what to do and not sure who to go to about it. The skin is torn where it was attached to the head and the second tear put a small tear horizontal to the first. I have contacted my doctor but have received no reply as of yet. I've done some research online and i believe I've torn my frenulum. what options are available to me that are most cost effective?
