hi I just discovered a white tiny pimple on the tip of my clitoris. I ve never experienced this before. I am a 50y/o female that recently has been having sex with one male partner. He showed me medical documentation via Kaiser all (-) for any STI s Negative: pain / discharge / irritation surrounding area. Any advice?

You need physical examination from a good gynaecologist. Take it seriously please. diseases of genitals are not always due to sexual transmission. In your age group such lesions are quite common.
