What Causes A Small Bump On The Labia Minora?

Hello, I recently discovered a small bump on my labia minora. Not in the inner part of it, just exactly on it. It doesn t hurt, no burning sensation, no itching, etc. It s only most noticeable when I m aroused. I have not engaged in any sexual activity, whatsoever. I have only been under stress and been anxious, thanks to college. What could it possibly be?

I understand your concern
It may be cyst that is common in vaginal area.
Blocked hair follicle, Blocked sweat gland, skene's duct cyst, Fordyce cyst
All this cyst are pain less and harmless generally.
Do not pop up , it causes infection and bleeding
But if it is very large and associated with pain, dysuria, fever, itching , redness and foul smelling vaginal discharge.
Then you should consult to doctor for drainage and take antibiotics.
Also maintain hygiene and keep the area dry.
