Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bump in the vagina in pregnancy can be genital wart, some malignant growth, or can be a simple skin tag. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly. You should get a HPV testing and biopsy done, of required. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti Verma
