What causes brown particles in vagina? My Vagina to has rolled brown particles that I notice while wiping. I can shower at night and in the morning the particles will be there again. What causes this? My vagina has been irritated lately also. ... But I am 36 weeks 1 day pregnant

Hi,

The brown discharge during pregnancy should not be neglected. It can be due to vaginal infection, some erosion of mouth of uterus, may be old bleeding from placental separation or due to vigorous sex (at this stage vagina is more vascular). You should visit your gynecologist & get examined to pin point the probable cause, exclude risky ones & get the m managed specifically as per need.
