What Causes A Small, Hard And Painful Lump On Labia Minora?

Hi, today i noticed a small hard bump on the top right side of my labai minora. It is very painful and seems to have grown in a period of 24 hours. There is some slight swelling around it. I can tell because my right side is bigger than my left side. I tried to squeeze it which i now realize was not the best idea because it became more painful. I have had the same sexual partner for four years, so i am not extremely concerned about an std. What could it be?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection producing swelling, induration and cellulitis.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5 days.
Clean local part with warm water and apply antibiotic cream.
Ok and take care.
