What Causes A Small Hard Knot Inside The Scrotum?
I have a hard small knot inside my scotum above a testical,its been recent also I been feeling nausea in the mornings also there is no pain but latley I can t get an erection and when I feel I have to pee it takes forever n the stream will stop n just trickle then start again. Do you have any idea what this could be

all your symptoms suggest a scrotal lump which is a hard mass like growth in scrotum it can be painfull after a period of time but it remains painless at starting period you can get an scrotal USG scan for confirming the diagnosis
pain killers along with antibiotic for few days can relieve your aymptoms and there is a good chance that your lump will be reduced if it is not showing any recovery you should undergo a small surgical procedure but its a minor surgery so dont worry
