What Causes A Small Hard Lump Above The Clitoris?

I have had a hard lump a little larger than a pea size above my clitoris and a little to the left for a few weeks now it isn t sore and I have had boils and ingrown hairs and cysts so I know it is none of these should I consult my doctor what could it be
